Tabata is a super efficient, high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout originally created by Japanese Olympic Coach Izumari Tabata. Alternating 20s intervals of “all-out” work with 10s intervals of recovery time, you build your endurance and resilience, improving blood sugar levels, metabolism, and hormone function. This class is great for fitness beginners, with easy-to-learn and readily adaptable moves, while hard-core athletes will find new ways to challenge themselves, adding weights and intensity for a customized total-body workout. Our Tabata Express class is 45 minutes—and we supply the towels!
