Created by Japanese Olympic Coach, Izumari Tabata, a Tabata Coach guides students through simple movements in 20 seconds of “all-out” intensity followed by 10 seconds of recovery. By working yourself at an “all out” intensity and then recovering, you are training your body to exert and recover, thus improving blood sugar levels, metabolism and hormone function. This class is great for anyone new to exercise as the movements are easy-to-learn and are demonstrated at both high and low intensity. Light weights or no weights are also included in this total body workout.*

Outdoor morning workouts by Lake Calhoun. Feel your feet in the grass and the sun on your face as we use the landscape in fun ways for a powerful workout. Movements will be a combination of Pilates core, low-impact cardio, and strength-building.

Exercise for Cancer Recovery™ is a research-based exercise program that focuses on building strength, balance, flexibility, range of motion, and functional movement. This program is for men and women who are diagnosed with cancer and either in treatment or post-treatment.
y Skinner holds certifications in Cancer Exercise Training from the American College of Sports Medicine and Physical Activity for Lymphedema from PALs for Life.
