Born in the Navy SEALs, the TRX bodyweight system develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Our TRX classes are structured as circuit or interval training, with 12 students taking turns between TRX moves and cardio, handweights, and other mat exercises. All levels of students are welcome, and we pay particular focus to perfecting form so as to make each session safe and effective.
In private sessions for one to two students, our experienced instructors will help you to push beyond your perceived physical limitations and experience your body anew. Private sessions can be booked to fit your schedule and allow for one-on-one instruction to perfect form, increase stabilization, and tap into your deepest muscles. Currently, Heather, Emily, Becky, and Ericka offer private and semi-private sessions.
